Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your order. If you’d like to exchange an item, here’s what to know:

– Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery
– Return shipping costs (to the UK) are the buyer’s responsibility
– Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
– Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement free of charge
– Please contact us before returning your item to receive the correct UK return address
– As all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds
