Apparel - FAQs

What materials do you use?

Womenswear/Menswear:

We use 100% ring spun cotton for its softness, breathability, and lasting comfort. All of our apparel is garment dyed and printed using non-toxic, water-based inks. 

Kidswear:

Made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, our kid's tees are soft, lightweight, and gentle on sensitive skin. Crafted using eco-conscious production practices and water-based inks for a smooth, durable print that’s safe and non-toxic—perfect for little ones.

What kind of fit should I expect?

Womenswear & Menswear:

Our pieces are made with garment-dyed apparel for a soft, lived-in, relaxed fit and a vintage-inspired feel. They’re unisex, pre-shrunk, and made to be worn and loved on repeat.

Kidswear:

Our kids tees have a soft, lightweight feel and a comfy unisex fit — perfect for warm days, active play sessions, or those nonstop soft-play adventures. Breathable, durable, and made with premium cotton that keeps little ones cool while they run, jump, and explore.

Is your clothing true to size?

Yes, most people find that sizes run true for their normal sizing – though we always recommend carefully checking the size chart included in each product’s listing images before you order.

If you're between sizes or unsure, sizing up for a relaxed fit is a safe bet.

For an oversized look, we suggest sizing up 1–2 sizes. 

How do i care for my apparel?

We believe in loving care for lasting wear. Better for you, better for the planet.

For sustainable wardrobe staples that keep on giving, we recommend:

- Wash inside out on cold (max 30C)
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
- Avoid ironing directly over the print

Do your products shrink in the wash?

Our menswear and womenswear garments are pre-shrunk and soften beautifully over time.

Our kids tees are made from buttery soft cotton, and may shrink slightly if washed on high heat, so we recommend cold washing (max 30C) and air drying when possible.

Are your items suitable for gifting?

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes, many of our customers send orders straight to loved ones — just enter their name and shipping address at checkout.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! We offer a beautiful digital gift message option for just £1, perfect for birthdays, new puppy surprises, or just-because moments. Your custom gift message will be delivered by email or text, timed with the parcel’s arrival — so your recipient knows exactly who it’s from, without spoiling the surprise.

It’s a thoughtful, easy way to add that personal touch — and there's no pricing or receipts included in the package, ever.

Will the recipient see the price?

Nope! We never include receipts, prices, or invoices in the package — so it's perfect for sending directly as a gift.

What are your processing & shipping times?

Because every item is uniquely & thoughtfully sourced, shipping and processing times can vary. We aim to make things clear and stress-free by providing detailed, accurate timelines on each product page.

It’s all part of our commitment to transparency and great service.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes — tracking details will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Because most of our products are made to order and sent to production quickly, we’re unable to make changes to shipping addresses once your order is placed.

If you notice an error, you’re welcome to email us—we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t already been processed.

Please note: We’re a small team and may not see your message immediately. Orders may be submitted for fulfillment shortly after being placed, and once that happens, we’re unable to cancel or update them.
