“Nest & Nova is really about nurturing children’s inner voices — in a way that feels joyful, accessible and part of everyday life. I’m a mum to a child with SEND and I have ADHD myself, and that perspective has shaped everything I create. I’ve seen first-hand how the messages children absorb about themselves can shape their confidence, their identity, and what they believe is possible for them.
Alongside that, I spent over a decade working in the NHS in health promotion and service improvement, so I’ve always been interested in what actually helps people thrive in real life. Nest & Nova brings that together with creativity — using colour, illustration and thoughtful design to create resources that help children feel confident, capable and proud of who they are, whether at home or in the classroom.”
